Ramon Ellenbroek

After having worked for 15 years at Universiteit Utrecht, the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Haagse Hogeschool it felt like the right moment to start for myself. During my work at these institutions, but also while delivering trainings or workshops elsewhere, I noticed that I enjoy to get insight into institutions and see how they work. During this period I learned that I am able to swiftly get acquainted with an organisation and her people.

I greatly enjoy working with a team to reach goals, to build teams and to take people along for change processes.

• Developed and run Trainings and workshops delivered all over Europe on topics related to ‘developing and implementing (international) Strategic plans’
• Advised an Lithuanian University how to broaden their international focus
• Advised a just merged Danish University how to come to an shared (international) strategy
